I understand that it is a requirement of the Night in the Country that all volunteers 18 years or older complete a mandatory background check annually. I understand that background checks will be used to check the criminal history reports nationally. In order to be accepted into the volunteer program for Night in the Country you will need to successful pass the background check.
The minimum volunteer worked hours required is 12 hours in order to receive your volunteer pass.
I have read and understand the above volunteer requirements.
I understand that there is a general training requirement to participate in the Give and Get Volunteer Program for Night in the Country. The training information will be sent directly to each applicants email address ONLY after the application have been approved. I also understand that some volunteer job duties will require an extra on-site training to take place during the festival event and that if I am required to participate I will be notified via email by a Night in the Country representative.
I have read and agree to the above training requirements.
Volunteer Code of Conduct
Always maintain proper behavior while in a NITC volunteer shirt. (Please come prepared to change shirts when not on a working shift)
Always use appropriate customer service when interacting with patrons.
Refer to "Team Leaders" first or a Night in the Country staff if questions or problems arise that you are unable to answer or handle.
Passes and volunteer shirts are non-transferable to anyone. If caught allowing someone else to use your credentials and/or volunteer shirt both parties will be removed from the event and not invited back.
Parking will NOT be included and you will be asked to pay for parking.
Please refrain from alcoholic beverages and tobacco use while working on shift and/or while wearing a Night in the Country volunteer shirt.
Volunteers are always welcome, so please feel free to refer them to the program!
All volunteers attending Night in the Country Music Festival do so at their own risk. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal effects. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, sponsors or others.
I have read and agree to the above volunteer code of conduct
